A clearer path through academic advising.

Curricula, academic records, and study plans belong in one connected workflow. This platform brings them together for Computer Engineering programs.

The problem

Academic advising involves more than choosing courses. Teams need to coordinate curriculum rules, prerequisite checks, student records, and changing study plans without losing context.

My contribution

I am a co-creator and major contributor to the platform. The project brings together role-specific workflows for students, advisers, program chairs, and a super administrator.

How the workflow connects

  2. Academic record
  3. Study plan
  4. Review & report

Decisions behind the build

A shared academic workflow

Curriculum management, Student Academic Records, versioned study plans, and course-demand forecasting connect within one application.

Access follows responsibility

Backend checks scope academic operations by role and program. Students view their own records; advisers and program chairs work within their assigned responsibilities.

Plans that can be revisited

Versioned study plans, prerequisite and course-load validation, and PDF reports support an ongoing advising process.

Where it stands

The repository documents the platform’s features and architecture. A current public demonstration and independently measured usage outcomes are not presented here.

Let’s build
something useful.

A website, a web app, an AI idea—or an opportunity to work together. I’d love to hear about it.
